International Rugby Board Yearbook An annual commissioned by the sports governing body, contains everything you need to know about Rugby Union, Rugby World Cup records, International teams and records, tournament histories and records, member union information, there's even a section on referee's signals. After the demise of the Rothmans Annual the IRB Yearbook has become the leading reference work on the game. Annuals were published by season from 2001-02 to 2003-4, then there was a gap until 2007 since when the Annuals have been published annually.
