| An Argentinian No15 jersey worn in the test
series against Wales in 2006, the jersey was worn by Juan Martin Hernandez.
The current Stade Francais player made his debut for Argentina in
2003 in the 144-0 victory over Paraguay. He has since made over 20
appearances for the Pumas. His outstanding form in the 2007 Rugby World
Cup led him to be one of the 5 players nominated for the 2007 IRB Player
of the Year, eventually won by Bryan Habana. The jersey was exchanged with
Lee Byrne and is accompanied by a COA signed by the Ospreys & Wales
star.

1971 BRITISH LIONS JERSEY |
|
|
| A match worn No 2 jersey from this fantastic tour. There were
two hookers on this memorable tour John Pullin and Frank Laidlaw. John
Pullin played hooker for the Lions in all 4 tests plus 11 provincial
matches, while Frank Laidlaw played in 11 non test fixtures. It is not
known which of these two greats wore this jersey, it was swapped with a
New Zealand player and remained in New Zealand post tour. The jersey is in excellent
condition, there is a slight run of colour to the badge which is
consistent with jerseys from this tour. A golden opportunity to own a
jersey from the
first British team to win a major series abroad in the 20th century. This
jersey is sold together with a Certificate of Authenticity.

1980 Springboks v
British Lions No 21 jersey - This item is part of the 'Mike
Slemen Collection', England's legendary wing three-quarter, it is
accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Mike Slemen. Mike played in only the one
test and he retained his Lions jersey, he was unable to obtain a Springbok shirt for
his collection. Knowing this, Syd Miller brought back this substitutes
jersey and gave it to Mike after the tour. We are not sure who it
belonged to but we do know that it is a test jersey from this series. This was the last Springbok team
to defeat the Lions in a test series. The players that wore
number 21 in the series are P Edwards & TMD Cocks, number 21 for the
3rd test is unlisted in the match programme. It is a 42" Maxmore jersey in excellent condition.

| WALES TRIPLE CROWN & GRAND SLAM 2008 |
![]() |
|
For the 2008 Triple Crown match, Wales travelled
to Dublin, so often the graveyard of Wales' Triple Crown hopes. This was the
make or break encounter for Warren Gatland's men. No quarter was given as the
men in red dominated the match, despite playing a quarter of it with only 14 men
after the sin binning of Mike Phillips and Martyn Williams . In the battle of
the boots Irish fly half Ronan O'Gara was faultless with 4 out of 4 penalties,
Stephen Jones slotted two for Wales and James Hook adding a long range effort in
the dying minutes. The definitive moment that sealed Wales great victory was the
try scored by that elusive genius Shane Williams, his 40th for Wales equalling,
the all time Wales try scoring record. The 16 - 12 victory set Wales up for a
Grand Slam encounter in Cardiff against the champions France.
We are offering this once in a life time double delight to celebrate Wales' great 2008 Triple Crown and Grand Slam season. The jersey worn by full back Lee Byrne in this decisive encounter and the match ball signed by the Welsh team. This is not a replica ball but an actual MATCH BALL used in this fixture. Both items are accompanied by a certificate signed by Lee Byrne guaranteeing their authenticity. Ref: PL1- wa08tcgpxb - £2900.00 |

| GARETH GRIFFITHS - WALES JERSEY 1955 | ||

|
Gareth Griffiths won 12 caps for Wales including the last victory over New Zealand in 1953. In 1955 he was called up as a replacement for the British Lions in South Africa playing in 11 matches including three tests. His pace was electric and he also represented Wales as a sprinter. This jersey, which is believed to have been worn in 1955 against France at Stade Colombes was given to young Guy Jenkins shortly after this match. Guy is pictured with Gareth in the left hand photograph. Guy is the son of Trevor Jenkins a Welsh trialist who went North to Swinton in the 1930s and was friendly with Gareth. Guy went on to play for Maesteg & Penarth in the 1960s. He is pictured in a Welsh Schools cap and jersey in the right hand photo. The jersey is a size 40", the number on the back has been removed. Overall the jersey is in excellent condition with a beautifully embroidered three feathers. The jersey is sold together with a Certificate guaranteeing it's authenticity. Ref: ZL7-jywapy-gg - £425.00
