CHILD ABUSE
Following the publication of our book on the origin of Rugby Union, author Dai Richards engaged in research towards a follow up book on children's play, which was identified as a possible origin source for games and sports. After taking employment with a children's charity he and his wife Hayley took a qualification requirement for the job, the Level 2 Award for Playwork Practice run by Swansea City Council, delivered by Adult Learning Wales on educational material generated by the charity Play Wales. They were both traumatised by the course content which they believed was deleterious to children and they refused to complete the course based upon its content. Subsequent investigations into the course content identified a gross ideological misrepresentation of scientific material. Contact and the submission of evidence based information to Senedd members, Welsh Government officials, council officials, councillors, Swansea City Council and the course delivery organisations themselves has not provided a counter stance to show that the course material was legitimate and evidence based enabling children to play in a manner that was beneficial to their wellbeing. In July 2018 Rugby Relics Ltd built an evidence based website to identify the evolution of this government funded child abuse which breached United Nations children's rights. Subsequent to this we published a research paper which was submitted to the Children's, Young People and Education Committee at the Senedd. This bypassed protocol and the subsequent reply identified that it was legal to cause the death of children through scientific misrepresentation and that the Senedd were willing to fund further abuse by the organisation Play Wales. CORPORATE HOMICIDE by NEATH-PORT TALBOT COUNCIL
By March 2020 after going through the process of providing evidence of child abuse to all levels of government we created a Welsh Government petition.............. This was abandoned when we discovered that our office at home was next to a landfill site, a toxic waste dump owned by the former Osprey's Regional Rugby team owner Mike Cuddy who was trying to build houses on top to cover up 80 years of domestic and industrial landfill being ignored up by the local council. When we bought the property the searches said there was no landfill site within 1km of the property. At the same time we were in lockdown due to Covid19 so abandoned our petition to focus on the danger closer home, the poisons next to which we lived. The land is now owned by Short Bros Homes whose managing director is Nigel Short, also a director of Scarlets Regional Rugby team. Poison exists next to our office because the local council and the Cuddy Group Ltd tipped domestic and industrial waste for 80 years. The local council are aware of this and have gone to extraordinary lengths to avoid their regulatory duty to protect residents by: Allowing developers agents to falsify and misrepresent information that relates to the site. Misrepresenting environmental laws. Manipulating legislation to empower developer & agent corruption Destroying information Avoiding the correct planning protocol Refusing to communicate on matters of importance. Turning a blind eye to internal corruption within the council. GLYNNEATH RUGBY CLUB COMMUNITY MURDERS The secretary of Glynneath RFC Simon Knoyle is a sociopath who is working together with the planning department, other councillors and developers to prevent the correct information (truth) being known about the history of the Heol-y-Glyn landfill site. His actions have almost certainly contributed to the death of Glynneath residents and potentially of rugby club members. These are people he is elected to represent. Past and future deaths may include babies, unborn babies, children and vulnerable people such as the elderly and people with ill-health. Other members of the committee, the late Stephen Evans and volunteers at the club, people like Angela and Mike Thomas are aware of this and are actively supporting Simon Knoyle to maintain the council's stance that the land is safe. Information that the land is a toxic waste dump is public knowledge in Glynneath as can be seen in the video below which identifies specifically his role in the coercion of family members to be part of a coalition of killers causing the corporate homicide of Glynneath residents. In this video we see him attempt to spin his sociopathic stories to the local M.P. Christina Rees followed by information on his threatening an elderly former committeeman inside Glynneath Rugby Club. Then he spins a story about this on his social media platform. Following on from this, typical coward that he is, he refuses to engage in a debate so the M.P. can witness his methods of murder and passes his cowardice on to a women. This is a regular occurrence with the coward Simon Knoyle, he hides behind the skirts of women. Further information can be found on the Rugby Relics Ltd owned website Walk Around Wales: https://www.walk-around-wales.com/home-ENZD.htm It important to note that we use the term Glynneath Rugby Club to identify common factors in a group people that are working together to perpetuate the corporate homicide of Glynneath residents. The co-ordinator and leader of this group is the secretary of the Glynneath Rugby Football club Simon Knoyle who has used his 'social' power within his rugby club circle to cover up his corruption in his governance role as the local councillor. The former treasurer, Stephen Evans was working together with Simon Knoyle along with his brother Richard Knoyle in their roles as Glynneath Town Councillors, other Glynneath Town Councillors have been co-opted into a coalition working together to support Councillor Knoyle (Del Morgan, Haulwen Morgan, Gerry Reynolds,). The general membership would be unaware of Simon Knoyle's actions and what they mean, however the claims of Rugby Relics staff on social media and on the Walk Around Wales website suggest that enough people know this and this calls into question the integrity of Glynneath Rugby Club itself. We believe the members have a collective responsibility to the children playing playing for Glynneath RFC, players of away teams at Glynneath and more importantly to the local community including those people who are not members of Glynneath RFC but live next to a toxic waste dump that the Glynneath RFC secretary, volunteers and members are covering up. The following page has been built to highlight some of Simon Knoyle's corrupt activities designed to hide the poisons that are causing the deaths of residents. There are more incidents which will be added at a later date.
